I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast and dinner were delicious, definitely recommended. The staff was welcoming and made me feel at home. Additionally, the hotel had parking facilities and I appreciated having a coffee machine in my room.

The hotel Casa Arcas Villanova provided us with an exceptional experience. the staff's warm and personalized service was top-notch, making us feel valued and well taken care of throughout our stay. Secondly, the food at this hotel was absolutely outstanding. We had the pleasure of trying the tapas menu, which was not only inventive but also incredibly delicious.

All in all, our experience at this hotel was wonderful and there were no significant issues worth mentioning.

Located on main road, little traffic, nice welcome, lovely hostess, passable food, great dinner and breakfast.

Spent Christmas in this cozy family hotel and it was absolutely fantastic! The rooms were so clean, with big comfortable beds and a stunning view of the mountains. Best of all were the meals - every bite was full of flavor and freshness, especially the cakes at breakfast! The location was also great, with plenty of walking paths and ski slopes nearby to explore. Plus, the staff made us feel right at home with personalized service and attention to detail. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing mountain getaway.

Although the hotel was beautiful, we were disappointed not to have a bathtub in our room, and the noise from neighboring rooms and the highway could be a bit distracting at times. However, the comfortable bed and coffee machine in the room helped make up for it.

First, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even offering us cold beers to enjoy in their beautiful garden while we waited for our room. Second, the rooms were clean, spacious, and had lovely balconies with stunning mountain views. Finally, the breakfast spread was delicious, with an array of options to choose from. We couldn't have asked for a better value for our money.

Great mountain view from our room and fantastic staff that went beyond their duty to make us feel at home during the new year weekend. the food was simply amazing, both dinner and breakfast. We really enjoyed the freshly brewed coffee that was available in our room every morning. the location was perfect as it was just a short drive away from the ski slopes and stunning hiking trails.

We were rather disappointed with the size of the bathtub, it was way too small and uncomfortable to use. the room was not properly soundproofed, we were constantly awakened by the noise coming from the hallway and other guests' children screaming early in the morning.

The hotel provides a beautiful garden to chill and enjoy a fresh cold beer, which is perfect after a day of hiking or skiing. Rooms are clean and come with several useful features including a coffee machine, hair dryer and balcony. the breakfast was delicious with many different options to choose from.

One downside is that the hotel is located by the main road, which may interrupt your morning sleep if you are a light sleeper.
